MISAC Store is a website for your business, built from what is already in MISAC: your products, your prices, your stock. A customer orders, and it shows up as a sales order. They pay online, and the receipt is posted against the order. There is nothing to copy across and nothing to reconcile at the end of the day.

Pick a design
Start from a design made for your kind of business, then set its colours and fonts. Preview it with your own products before it goes public.

Choose what to sell
Pick the product groups to put online and the rate set that prices them. Change a price in MISAC and the shop has it.

Switch on your address
One click puts the shop live at yourname.misac.store, with HTTPS. Your own domain can come later.

Take orders
Orders arrive as sales orders. Customers pay online, on delivery or by bank transfer.

The shop reads your MISAC products, prices and stock. There is no second catalogue to keep up to date.
Orders in your books
Every order is a sales order, ready to approve, invoice and deliver the way you already work.
Payments that post themselves
With Online Payments, customers pay through Khalti into your own merchant account and MISAC records the receipt. More gateways are being added.
Pay links for invoices
Send a link or a QR code for any invoice or sales order. When it is paid, the receipt is posted.
Customer sign-in
Customers can sign in to see their own orders, invoices and statement. It comes with the Online Store.
Your name on it
Your logo, colours and contact details on every page, on yourname.misac.store or your own domain.
Pricing
Add-ons to any MISAC plan. Prices in NPR, plus 13% VAT. Change plan or stop whenever you like: a bigger plan starts at once, a smaller one from your next billing cycle.

Set up your shop, step by step

Have a MISAC company
New to MISAC? Sign up at mis.ac and add your products and prices. Already using MISAC? Use the company you have.
Add the Online Store add-on
On your plan page in MISAC, add Online Store. Add Online Payments as well if you want to take payments online.
Try the designs
Open Setup › Online Store › Website Templates and press Preview on my data to see each design with your own products.
Fill in Website Settings
Open Setup › Online Store › Website Settings:
- tick Website on, then choose the design, its colours and its font;
- add your shop name, logo, main heading and picture, about text and contact details;
- under Selling, pick the Product groups on sale and the Website rate set (or mark one of your rate sets Default for sales);
- choose how buyers pay: cash on delivery, bank transfer (with your bank details) or online.
Switch on your free address
Open Setup › Online Store › Web Addresses and press Switch on free address. Type the name you want (letters, digits and hyphens) and the shop is live at name.misac.store.
Connect online payments (optional)
In Payment Gateway Accounts, add your Khalti merchant account, press Enter credentials for its secret key, then Create clearing ledger and Test connection, and finally Go live. Payments go straight to your merchant account.
Use your own domain (optional)
Add the Custom Domain add-on, then in Web Addresses press Add custom domain and change your domain's nameservers to the two MISAC shows you. It goes live by itself once the change is seen.
Run it day to day
New orders appear as sales orders. Paid online orders get their receipts automatically; anything that needs a second look waits in Held Online Payments.
Questions
Do I keep a separate product list for the website?
No. The shop shows the product groups you choose, with the prices of the rate set you pick and your live stock.
Can customers order things that are out of stock?
You decide. Leave it off and those products show as out of stock; turn it on and customers can still order them.
Where does the money go?
Online payments go into your own merchant account with the gateway. MISAC never holds your money; it records the receipt in your books.
Is it secure?
Every shop runs on HTTPS. Card and wallet details are typed on the payment service's own page, never on your shop.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with the Custom Domain add-on. Your .misac.store address keeps working and forwards to your domain.
What happens if I stop the add-on?
The shop goes offline, but nothing is deleted. Your settings, products and orders stay in MISAC, and the shop comes back when you add it again.
Your products are already in MISAC.
Put them online at yourname.misac.store.
